There is a beautiful staff and location in this hotel, that's why I liked it. The outdoor restaurant is nice, serves amazing dishes.

High quality staff and food, really really nice stay at back of hotel.

The place was reasonably priced. The location was fab - 200 metres away from City Centre. The staff was efficient, the room was brand-new and contemporary.

Staff and location were very good, I enjoyed that it overlooked cathedral. The restaurant was pleasant from the bar or restaurant, I tried excellent dishes.

The place was exceptionally clean, I liked its staff and location. The room was well-appointed, with a superb view of the minster across the intervening roof tops.

We liked this fairly clean hotel with a good reception. The staff were pleasant and offered us an updated room with terrace view-perfect. Everything was simply perfect.

I had a really good experience here, everything was very clean, the location was unbeatable just next door to the train station as well as many attractions and dining options. Enjoyed the full English breakfast with a view of the top of the minster and with good food.

Overall I think it was a PERFECT hotel, great value for money. I enjoyed everything, it was good. Welcoming and unique room. Plus, I was able to park my car outside.

Highly professional staff, unique location, good beds. Classic double unit with utensils and cutlery. The breakfast was large and all food was outstanding. Their service was thoughtful too. What's more, the parking outside was a nice bonus.

Staff and location were amazing, we loved that everything was outstanding. Room had a marble-lined bathroom and television, balcony and fridge. There's the train station walk from the property. Restaurant in hotel was pretty and the pool area was nice.

The hotel was interesting, we liked terrific staff. Absolutely superb breakfast, admirable service. Nice size bathroom in the good-sized room. It was based historic building in a peaceful location. The gardens were gorgeous here. It was surely a really unforgettable stay.

The location was incredible, and the gorgeous breakfast was offered. Got small double room when arrived, appreciated that. Right place for short stay.

Easy to reach the station and restaurants within walking distance

Very good breakfast, marvellous position, helpful workers. The room was very clean and gorgeous, nice to relax in. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

An incredible breakfast. Decent place for a trip in York! The hotel met required needs, I would return there: )
